Britney Spears saves the world

If the Atlantic can do it, so can the WatcherBritney Spears - not just America’s greatest contribution to the world’s culture but possibly the finest human being ever to live - graces the small screen tonight in a guest appearance on “How I Met Your Mother.”

As a service to us viewers, CBS has been promoting Britney’s appearance non-stop. We would hate for anyone to miss this rare acting performance from the star of the cinematic epic “Crossroads.”

Luckily, the Britney mania needn’t stop there. Six pieces of clothing that the former Mouseketeer wore on “How I Met Your Mother” will go up for auction after the episode. I’ll post more details as they become available.
