The year off didn’t seem to hurt “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” as the HBO comedy earned another week at the top of the charts. The same can’t be said for HBO’s new series “Tell Me You Love Me,” which fell out of the top 10 never to return. (More on that later.)

New to the list this week: NBC’s “Biggest Loser,” which returns for a fourth season with Jillian Michaels back to lead the rogue Black Team, and “Torchwood,” a “Doctor Who” spin-off airing on BBC America and HDNet.
